The Agricultural Communications Documentation Center includes more than 2,500 documents about information technologies related to agriculture, broadly defined, throughout the world. 

Nearly half of those involve communications in support of development. This is an open source, dedicated to improving communications related to agricultural and rural development, globally. 

An online search system permits identifying more than 37,000 documents involving 170 countries.  Please feel free to visit the website and use the "Document Search" link to scout for resources through "Subject" searches on terms such as "information technology," development and "development communication."
